Please take advantage of registering before Tuesday 28 July 2009 and save on registration fees. The registration fee includes scientific sessions, lunches, teas & final programme.

Please note that late registrations can only be accepted at the congress office up to FRIDAY 4 September 2009.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION TO THE CONFERENCE

• Any cancellation received by the Secretariat before Monday 01 August 2009 will be subject to the following refund policy:

• 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to Monday 01 August 2009

• No refund if written cancellation is received after Monday 01 August 2009.

ON SITE REGISTRATION

Please note that on-site registration will be available. Preferred method of payment for on-site will be cash as credit card charges are extremely high.

SECURE ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

Our credit card payment facility is secure and we do not store credit card details on our system. We also make use of Secure Code and Verified by Visa which is Mastercard and Visa initiatives to reduce online fraud. Many issuing banks are now forcing their cardholders to register for this service.

When a purchase is made online, the cardholder will be re-directed from the secure payment page, to the cardholder's bank Secure Code and Verified by Visa authentication page. Here the cardholder will be required to key in his/her authentication details (eg secret PIN code). The Issuing Bank validates this code after which the transaction is passed on for authorization.
